The client started โ messages on their own, completed โ of โ CBT tasks, and โ time(s) said "not yet" after their voice had settled. Quieter isn't the same as OK, so those moments are the first thing to ask about.
The client is the first narrator. These come from taps and spoken messages on the band and phone, not from sensors.
Newest first. Tap-to-send on the band, or spoken on the phone.
Who chose it, whether voice came back within 10 minutes, and whether the client called it useful. Shows what happened next, not that the support caused it.
| Support | Used | Client chose | Voice back | Client: useful |

Five steps. The band and phone capture numbers and the client's own words; nothing is interpreted until the clinician looks. Faded = not shared.
Every scope is opt-in, timestamped and revocable from the client's phone. Exports to courts, employers or agencies are off by default.

Each box is something the therapist needs. Color shows who fills it now.
What she usually has to work with, and what replaces it.

Follow these in order each month. Each step shows where this client stands.

The billable thing is the clinician's qualifying work, never the hours of wear. Coverage, eligible practitioner and payer rules are confirmed before submitting.

Logged by the clinician, never counted automatically. Each entry is sorted into the kind of work it was.
| Date | Time | Activity | Kind of work | Min | Live contact | Counts toward RTM |
|---|
Entries go into the Time_Log sheet when you press ๐พ Save. Therapy-session and prep time are marked as not counting toward RTM.
Illustrative. Prep time saved per client each week, across a caseload. Saved time is capacity, not automatically billable time.
Patterns from the client's own data and words. Each card says how strong the evidence is. Hypotheses to ask about, never conclusions.
One source record. The therapist sees clinical detail; the client sees plain language and a question back.

Every figure is recomputed from the 30 daily records. Gaps are shown, not smoothed over.
Pink = the night before was under 6 hours of sleep. Gray dot = no data that day. A voice change is a measurement, not a judgment of distress.
Assigned vs done. Week 5 is 2 days.
Median per week. Shorter is only good if the client agrees (see Client's voice).
Exact data, the client's own words and timestamps, in SOAP order, with an evidence label on every line and a billing log for the path you picked. A between-session review draft: the clinician completes [brackets] and signs only for work actually done.
